J. Postell is an accomplished author, speaker, and entrepreneur. She attended Southern New Hampshire University, where she majored in Creative Writing and English with a Concentration in Fiction. J. Postell discovered her passion for writing as a child. Her mother frequently complained that she wrote on everything she could, including the walls. At age eight, J. was diagnosed with dyslexia. Despite the challenges she faced in school, she persevered.
J. Postell has written several books and published numerous others. In addition to being a novelist, she also writes plays. She has written five stage plays and is currently writing her next book titled, Divorcing Familiar. Her sixth book, Stuck in the Middle, is a curriculum designed to help students develop long-lasting healthy relationships. Currently, middle schools in Ohio's Montgomery, Hamilton, and Prebble counties are utilizing the Stuck in the Middle curriculum.
J. Postell has over 15 years of formal education experience ranging from elementary school to high school, as well as over 20 years of experience working with "at risk" children, adolescents, and young adults.
